Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Can AlltSkandia order my favorite.../How can I get...? A: We welcome requests/special orders and will do our utmost to fulfill them. Please contact us either by email at info@alltskandia.com (preferred) or by phone at 678-232-5857.
Q: If I live/work nearby, can I pick-up my order and avoid the shipping costs? A: If you live/work in northwestern area of Atlanta, Georgia then we will gladly deliver your purchase and we will refund the shipping cost in the form of a hand-delivered check. If you have any questions please call us and we will be happy to coordinate with you.
