Vibrant photos, creative ingredients, thorough explanations, and earnest resource/reference lists contribute to making this a definite addition to any serious or amateur chef's collection.
On a personal note as a family of "foodies", his recipes for both meatballs as well as mashed potatoes are the best we've ever tasted or made over the past 30 years.
Please note that it's a good idea for anyone using most of these recipes to have some experience in the kitchen. This hardback book is out of print publicly and we have "store" copies which are new but show slight use or color variation on the outside jacket only.
